When we first connect, we’ll define the overarching goals for your coaching journey. At the start of each session, we’ll agree on a specific focus and what you’d like to walk away with.
I’ll support you in thinking through challenges, gaining clarity, and making confident decisions. While I may offer tools, frameworks, or resources where helpful, my primary role is to facilitate your independent thinking and growth.
Coaching with me is always confidential. Each session is action-oriented, so you’ll leave with clear takeaways and practical steps to move forward. Coaching should deliver both immediate insight and long-term impact.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone is fundamentally resourceful and capable of growth. I bring a clear, warm, and supportive presence to each session, combining a respectful, non-judgmental approach with a focus on honest conversation and practical outcomes.
While we may face difficult decisions or explore tough topics, I aim to make sessions engaging, energising, and empowering. My goal is for you to feel respected, supported, and stretched in the right ways.

It depends on your goals. A typical coaching package includes 6 sessions. I usually recommend scheduling the first two sessions close together, with the remaining sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for reflection and application.
For more targeted needs- like preparing for an interview, a key presentation, or a high-stakes conversation—a single focused session may be enough.

Sessions are 60-90 minutes, depending on your preference and needs.
-
I always ask for feedback at the end of each session so we can adjust if needed. Open dialogue is part of the process, and I welcome your input at any point. I’m continually refining my practice and want coaching to feel valuable and right for you.

I can come to you, or I have a meeting room in Notting Hill. We can also meet virtually via Zoom or another platform that suits you. I'm happy to discuss all options.

Finding the right coach is key. You need someone whose style and approach feel like a good fit. I offer a free chemistry call so you can get a sense of how I work, ask questions, and decide if we’d be a good match.

In general, coaching is future-focused - it's about helping you move forward, set meaningful goals, and take purposeful action. Therapy, on the other hand, often focuses on processing the past and addressing emotional or psychological healing. While coaching and therapy can be complementary, coaching is best suited for individuals who are ready to look ahead and create change in their personal or professional lives.

It's important to me that my coaching sessions are as accessible as possible. Rates vary depending on whether you’re funding the sessions personally or your organisation is covering the cost.
If you're self-funding, I’m happy to discuss a rate that works for your circumstances. If your employer is paying for the coaching, I use a corporate rate that reflects the investment organisations typically make in professional development.
My goal is to ensure coaching is both impactful and accessible, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch to talk through options.
