How experiential training can transform your business
Experiential training can also be hugely valuable on a corporate level.
My client list is national and international, and includes the BBC, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Defence, Parliamentary Strategic Unit, BP, Barclays, Pfizer, Tesco, KPMG and the Abu Dhabi police force.
Areas of work include leadership development, performance management, influencing skills, diversity and managing conflict. I am particularly known for helping people discover personal impact and how to convey the most compelling version of themselves.
Unlike other corporate trainers, I don’t just present the theory. During my creative experiential training experiences, your employees will have an opportunity to practise whatever challenges they are facing. They will go away with the skills and confidence to deal with and overcome these situations, challenges and hurdles in real life.
Do members of your team present the ‘face’ of your organisation?
As an image consultant, I can also review current image and personal impact being conveyed, and arm your employees with valuable advice and practical tips as to how their image can be improved. Again, my experiential training results in more dramatic change than presenting theory alone.
My approach is hugely flexible and depending on your brief, a programme can be devised which is specifically tailored to your organisation’s requirements.
