I’m Sarah Cartwright, and I work with both private clients and corporate clients as a confidence and image consultant. I help my clients transform into their best and most compelling version of themselves. My background as a professional actress has lead me to develop my unique experiential training, through which you’ll learn how to put the theory of confidence and image into practise.

We all understand the theory of confidence. Intellectually, we all know at least some of the principals of being confident, and a few things we could do to appear more confident. But taking the leap to putting the knowledge into action and actually doing these things is an entirely different matter.

I studied Musical Theatre at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy and went on to act in a number of theatre and television shows, including The Bill, Taggart and Holby City. I also had a successful voiceover career which included narration for programmes such as Panorama and Horizon.

Experiential learning

My acting and television background means I’m able to bring an experiential dynamic to training courses. I help organisations and people learn in the most effective way possible – by doing. My creative learning experiences result in real change.

Corporate clients

My corporate client list is national and international, and includes the BBC, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Defence, Parliamentary Strategic Unit, Barclays, BP, Pfizer, Tesco, KPMG and the Abu Dhabi police force.

Private clients

I also work with individuals on one-to-one basis. Sessions include work on how to act, how to speak and how to look in order to convey the person you want the world to see. Again, practising and experience are at the heart of the training I offer.
